Summary
Hyper is a concept for an audio VST plugin for which I designed the complete UX and UI. The goal was to create a futuristic and modern environment that combines a clean visual style with intuitive controls designed for music producers and sound designers.
About
Hyper is a plugin concept designed to quickly apply preset effects to audio.
The interface is based on the principle of functional minimalism. It features a clear visual hierarchy, a limited number of elements, and intuitive controls that allow for quick navigation even while working in a DAW.
Solution
The plugin is designed around four main processing modules:
Filter
Reverb
Compression
Stereo Width
These modules form the core of the plugin and were designed to be easy to understand and quick to use.
Great emphasis was placed on:
a clear visual structure for each module
quick access to parameters
intuitive preset management
a minimalist, futuristic visual style
